Led and delivered across web services, platform architecture, observability, SEO, analytics, and AI/ML systems in a large-scale SaaS environment.

  • Designed and implemented an observability solution for identifying and tracking customer workflows across 4 teams
  • Implemented a performance testing suite that intercepted performance-degrading code on a weekly basis
  • Developed a security insights platform using Python, Neo4j, and Nodestream
